WAS THE MEXICO EARTHQUAKE PREPLANNED??

Fears amongst some that governments are experimenting with technology that can trigger seismic events have heightened following the bizarre occurrence of yesterday's Mexican earthquake coinciding with a government drill that was scheduled to take place at precisely the same time simulating an earthquake of the exact same magnitude.

The Government of Chiapas, Mexico, had announced a mega simulation (drill) of an earthquake of 7.9 - at 12pm hours a day on March 20. Amazingly, with only a difference of two minutes of the announced time, this earthquake was in the nearby state of Guerrero actual earthquake of 7.8 - Simulated Chiapas: March 20 - 12 hours - 7.9 - Royal Warrior: March 20 - 2.12 pm-7.8 -

Questions:

Here's a strange thought running through my mind that has rented space in my head before. Could there be (2) groups of people using the HAARP Weather Modification Weapons? Could there be a group that don't want to depopulate the planet by destroying most of the humans? Could there be a group using the HAARP Technology to counter and undo what the evil ones have done and are doing? Was there a subtle hint being given by placing President Obama's daughter in the area of the massive Mexico earthquake - where strangely there were very few casualties?

What if the earthquake in Mexico was actually designed? What if it was planned, to release some pressure off the tectonic plates 2 days before the big planetary alignment, that could have produced a massive earthquake bigger than Japan's? Did you realize that only a few people were actually killed in Mexico's massive earthquake? Just thinking...
