FEAST OF PASSOVER

APRIL 14, 2014

Passover begins at sunset April 14, 2014, this is the first day of the 7 day celebration. Tonight begins the first of 4 Blood red Full Moons Total eclipses happening on high feast days of the Biblical Calendar. The message below is a review of Biblical history, Yahushua (Jesus) our Passover and revelation of the coming Cosmic Passover.

This is the month Nisan/Abib on the Hebrew Calendar, it is the month of Freedom. Nisan means new day, blooming. Abib means sprouting, steps of growth. Jews, Christians, and Muslims trace their origin back to Abraham who lived about 4000 years ago in an area called Ur of Chaldea, now called Iraq. He lived amongst idolaters and practiced idolatry until Yahweh God called him. He was the first of his time to understand there is One Supreme God -Being in control of the universe. Once he came to the land of Canaan, God entered into covenants with him. Genesis 15, 17

Abraham begot Isaac, Isaac, begot Jacob (Israel), and Israel had 12 sons that later formed the 12 tribes of Israel. While Jacob (Israel) and 11 of his sons were yet in Canaan, there was a great famine and they were forced to go to Egypt and confront the long lost son Joseph, who was now prominent. This tribal family was treated well until a new Pharaoh arose that knew not Joseph. The Israelites were enslaved for 210 years building the treasure cities of Pithom and Ramses.

According to history Pharaoh had a dream of Balances/Scales. The country of Egypt was in one side, and a Lamb in the other side outweighing the country of Egypt. The royal astrologers interpret the dream accurately. They said a leader would be born amongst the Israelites that would destroy Egypt. Also the astrologers had noticed many other alarming events in the heavens, before the birth of Moses. The planets Jupiter and Saturn conjunct in the constellation of Pisces. This is the reason why Pharaoh put a restriction on the birth of male children. Plus, he wanted to keep the population down in event of a war, however, other history states that the Israelites women began to have multiple births. It was known that Pisces the Fishes was the zodiac sign for the nation called Israel. Furthermore, the man-child that was to bring deliverance, which the stars had prophesied about escaped (drawn from the river as a Fish) and was raised in Pharaoh's house. This was Moses, the man of God.

Moses was found by Pharaoh's daughter and spared. After 80 years of learning the art of balance, 40 years of luxury and 40 years of desert life tending a few sheep, Moses was ready to fulfill his destiny. The Voice out of the burning bush set him on fire to become the deliverer he was destined to be. His message was short and to the point, "LET MY PEOPLE GO!!!" Yahweh demonstrated His power by sending the 10 plagues, showing that He controlled the elements, nature, and human life. The One True God totally dethroned the gods of Egypt.

Israel was ordered to make a lamb offering to Yahweh, and sprinkle it's blood on the doorpost, and eat the lamb with their shoes and clothes on. The lamb was an Egyptian deity.

Exodus 12:1-14

"Now the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you. Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying: 'On the tenth day of this month every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household. And if the household is too small for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next to his house take it according to the number of the persons; according to each man's need you shall make your count for the lamb. Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats. Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight. And they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses where they eat it. Then they shall eat the flesh on that night; roasted in fire, with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. Do not eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted in fire-- its head with its legs and its entrails. You shall let none of it remain until morning, and what remains of it until morning you shall burn with fire. And thus you shall eat it: with a belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in haste. It is the LORD'S Passover. For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. So this day shall be to you a memorial; and you shall keep it as a feast to the LORD throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by an everlasting ordinance." (NKJ)

The scripture tells us in 2 Peter 1:12 that we are to be established in the "Present Truth". That lets us know that there must be a past truth and maybe a future truth yet to be revealed. This does not mean God changes His mind, it only means that as we grow in our spirituality and the Holy Spirit reveals more, we should be willing to change. The Spirit will only reveals truth based on the level of our consciousness.

Historically speaking Israel killed a lamb for 1500 years to celebrate this festival of Freedom. It was a reminder of God bringing them out of the house of bondage by the blood of the lamb. The principle of blood was very important in their religious services to make atonement for their sins. However, the blood of bulls, lambs, goats and turtledoves only covered their sin, and they had a constant reminder of their shortcomings by the law.

2000 years ago the Lamb (Sacrifice) of God was revealed in the person of Jesus the Christ (Yahshua ah Messiah). He came to take away (from the consciousness of humanity) the sins of the world literally. "Behold the Lamb (sacrifice) of God that takes away the sins of the world." John 2:29 By the blood of this one man All were made righteous, our sins were not just covered, they were washed away (because from God's Perspective they did not exist). I heard somebody sing, "It was nothing but the Blood".

Feast (mo-aw-dah) means, appointment, fixed time, a place for a meeting. In ancient times it was required that the Israelites come to Jerusalem for worship. However, Jesus (Yahshua) made it clear that the true worshipers would worship in spirit and in truth. God's Spirit and your spirit are locked into an agreement for a divine appointment. Your spirit is yearning to experience God in each feast/festival, which are a type of our evolutionary relationship with Him.

(Yaw-ad) the root word for feast means, agreed time for marriage, engagement, union. It was customary to celebrate for 7 days before the consummation of marriage, this is what the 7 Feasts foreshadows. The experiences are to make us aware of our union with Him.

Passover (peh-sakh) mean, exemption, the festival of the victim.

The Passover was instituted to insure Salvation for All of Israel, this was foreshadowing the Ultimate Sacrifice Jesus (Yahshua) that would insure salvation for All of humanity.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAMB

I) THE LAMB MUST BE 1 YEAR OLD. How did Jesus fulfill that? Gal 4:4-5 "But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons." (KJV)

II) THE LAMB HAD TO BE A MALE. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (KJV)

III) THE LAMB HAD TO BE KEPT 4-DAYS FOR INSPECTION. From the time that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on what is called Palm Sunday to the following Wednesday he was under inspection. The Sadducees and Pharisees looked for ways to condemn Him. This was the 4-day period leading up to the time he was crucified that Wednesday afternoon, not Friday. {No way can 3 days and nights be squeezed into Friday afternoon thru sunrise Sunday morning. That is another pagan tradition adopted by Christianity in honor of Dagon the fish god that IS worshiped on Fridays. Ever wonder why in Catholicism you are told to eat fish on Friday? Why does the Pope wear a miter in the shape of a fish? Now you know}.

IV) THE LAMB HAD TO BE WITHOUT BLEMISH. John 14:30 "Here after I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me." Luke 23:4 "Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man." (KJV)

The few weeks leading up to Jesus crucifixion was very busy. In John Chapter 11, He raised Lazarus from the dead on the Spring Equinox. In Mark Chapter 10, He opened blind Bartimeus eyes. In Matthew 21, He drove the bankers/traders out of the Temple. In Mark 14 on His way to His death after His last supper he sang hymns. He knew that He would be crucified but He was yet able to sing. History says the hymns were from Psalms 113-118.

JESUS ENTRY INTO JERUSALEM

Just to get a clearer understanding, let's look at the surroundings. It was just before Passover. Jews would be converging on Jerusalem from all over the known world; that meant that Jerusalem would be put on high security alert from Rome. The guards would be doubled just in case someone tried to revolt against the Roman government. It was also a time when many false Christ/Messiahs, and many sincerely deceived people would be coming out of the mountains proclaiming to be some great wonder.

But something unusual happened this Passover in Matthew 21.

I). A very controversial man came riding into Jerusalem on a donkey right pass the Roman guards. Why was that so unusual? Only kings rode on donkeys.

II). Another thing happened. The people of Israel cut branches off the Palm Trees and waved them, spreading them and their clothes before Jesus on the donkey. Why was this so unusual? The palm branches were waved in direct defiance of Rome, right in the face of the guards, but the guards could not touch Jesus.

III). Then the people started shouting, HOSANNA, HOSANNA. This means SAVE US NOW!! They were crying out to be saved from the Roman oppression. This was a Full-Blown Insurrection against Rome at a time of heighten security, but they could not touch Jesus. (In time past the Jews had tried to stone Him, throw Him over the cliff and grab Him; but He walked right through them. His time had not yet come, He said, "No man takes my life, I lay it down and have the power to raise it up again.")

Four days later some of the same people that were shouting "Hosanna", were shouting "Crucify Him". By this time Jesus had gone through the Gethsemane experience. Gethsemane is where you die to the self will (ego) and yield to Universal Will. Jesus was a willing victim. I John 2:2 "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world." (KJV)

The word propitiation (hilasterion) means atoning victim. We get our English word hilarious from it. There was the joy that was set before Jesus that many sons and daughters would realize their divine nature. The purpose of the cross was to cross out or kill the old Adam (the old paradigm). Jesus (Yahshua) is our Passover.

The root word for Passover (paw-sakh) means to dance. It is a festival, a time of rejoicing in our freedom.

This also foreshadowed the Universal or Cosmic Passover. The time will come when death on the physical plane will be totally eradicated. The death angel will Passover all of creation. I am talking about physical immortality, and overcoming Death.

Once it is appointed unto man to die, but some appointments are made to be broken. Isaiah 28:18 "And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell (grave) shall not stand." (KJV)

Psalms 102:18-20 "This will be written for the generation to come, that a people yet to be created may praise the LORD. 'For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; from heaven the LORD viewed the earth, to hear the groaning of the prisoner, to release those appointed to death.."

1 Corinthians 15:54-56 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law". Hal-Le-Lu-YAH!!

Celebrate the Passover, as Jesus became the sacrifice, so must your lower life (ego) be sacrificed that you may walk in Resurrection Power. He is Alive!! (Resurrection is the Feast of First Fruits-You have also been raised with Him).
