DOES THE SEA SERPENT PROPHESY??

The Sun has moved into Scorpio the Scorpion, the 8th sign of the Zodiac. The first sub-constellation or decan of Scorpio is Serpens. Serpens is the giant celestial serpent wrapped around and held by the Celestial Medicine Man, Ophinuchus. Serpens will be rising in the sky for the next 10 nights.

Strange serpentine creatures from the deep are surfacing. Does the Sea Serpent, called Oarfish prophesy? Does the Sea serpent prophesy a soon coming major earthquake on the West Coast?
