TESTIMONY FROM PHILIPPINES & MISSION REFLECTIONS
JANUARY 6, 2013
My feet are itching to get back out on the mission field. Since that's not in Father's timing right now - I will take you with me on a journey of an exciting mission of the past. You will feel as though you are there. But first I will share an email/testimony sent to me yesterday, by one of our brothers in the Philippines and some pictures. God is raising up a mighty army of Kingdom people in various islands of the Philippines. We have been given the privilege of working with some over the years.
Dear Prophet ..,
All is well with us this year. I enjoy reading and studying your writings that you have shared to me...I believe that this year 2013 is much fruitful than of 2012...Please continue to send me updates because I am bless so much by the word...I enclosed pictures so you can have an idea what we are doing here in the Bataan, Philippines...
This is the place that you prophesy to me about last August 2011 that I would get. The house that you see in the picture is our house, we have a house now to build and help us believe that we can finish it this year. And the children in the picture is our new open feeding program...Glory to God!
Christ in us as US,
Pastors Noel & Rachel Reganion

As I read Pastors Noel and Rachel's email, I was reminded again of how blessed we are compared to most people around the world. "Why should a living man complain...?" Lamentations 3:39
It's been about a decade since I was last in the Philippine Islands. My mother had had a vision a few years before her transition to the other side and told me I would be going to the Philippines. She gave me some details and told me how the people would respond with great joy to my ministry and that miracles would take place. Nearly 10 years later the word of the LORD came to pass.
While on a mission trip in Kenya, Africa; I met an American Filipo Spirit-filled woman. She happened to have been high up in the political world and had worked in the American Embassies in various countries-she was an Ambassador or assistant. Anyways, she had lots of connections worldwide. She attended some of our big crusades in Kenya and insisted that I go to the Philippines to minister to her native people. I was reminded of my mothers vision and agreed. She made all the connections and arrangements.
It was possibly the following year when my team arrived on the Island of Luzon-Philippines. It was 7 of us from 3 continents (Africa, North America, Australia). I told them we were the 7-spirits of God. We had all of the functioning 5-fold ministry amongst us. It was HOT and HUMID, when we arrived.
We eventually traveled throughout the entire Island and had plans on going to Mindanao, where it is predominantly Muslim. I had bought a Muslim outfit and was looking forward to preaching from the Koran and Bible, as I had often done. It turned out to be too dangerous according to the government and others - so we could not go.
Our meetings were like stories we read in the Bible, we saw the miracles of God in every meeting. Apostle Joe from Africa & I did most of the speaking. Deaf ears opened, the lame walked, demons were cast out, crippled arms healed right before our eyes, people repented and turned to Jesus, and many were baptized in the Holy Spirit. Some of the meetings lasted over 7 hours, the people were so hungry for the message of the Kingdom of God and to experience the supernatural-they simply would not go home. Nor would they allow us to leave. Joe, Patti and I would take turns in these high energy services. The people totally forgot about eating or everything. They just wanted to know more about Him.
In one of our day sessions, our sister from Australia began to have the "gold dust" experience. We had seen it several times and I had experienced it. But this was different, as she sat there in the Presence it manifested on her forehead and arms. I watched pinky-nail size "gold flakes" seemingly grow out of the pores on her arm, as she sat soaking in the Presence.
In another one of the day sessions, in the Province of Abra, I was scheduled to speak again. After speaking 2-3 times a day sometimes and the long meetings, I felt I had nothing else to give. I consulted with Sis Patti, she had been with me on many journeys to Russia and other places. I said, what do you feel God is saying, what shall I speak on? We discussed for a while and we both heard "Rain Makers." We laughed, because we knew what had happened in Russia and other places when Spirit said that.
Spirit said, "Give them a prophetic sign, tell them it's going to rain, even though it's not the rainy season..." While preaching, I felt the faith and unction to call forth Rain, literal Rain (but not enough to flood), as a sign to what was being accomplished in the Spirit and us being sent there. Several months prior a Typhoon had hit the Island and re-routed one of the rivers, destroying rice farms and making it difficult to get to neighboring small island communities. The last thing they wanted to see was rain again.
That day many were baptized in the Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking in tongues. The floor was littered with people jerking and shaking, as my team members and I laid hands on the people. At the end of the long service, some of the elders came to me and was concerned about the prophetic decree of Rain, since the recent Typhoon. I assured them, there would be no flooding or danger.
As God is my witness, we stepped a few feet outside the building going on our way and the sunny sky became cloudy immediately. The Rain began to fall. The brothers were dancing in the rain and saying, "but it's not the rainy season." This rain followed us to every city and village the rest of our time on the Island. In some places a cloud would appear over the area and shower, only on the area we were in - even when we split up into 2 groups - each group had a brief rain shower. God used this sign to build faith, as the story quickly spread through the Island.
As we made our way to the north going toward the Yellow Mountains, we later made a disturbing discovery. There were 4 women and 3 men in our team. The women were well prepared with lots of luggage.... Our cab drivers stop and would not take us further where we were schedule to do an evangelistic crusade in the community in the mountains. They made up stories why they could not go further and just left us in the baking Sun and it seemed like 100% humidity. So there we were, the women with all their luggage and us guys with 1 piece of luggage on the other side of the river that had been re-routed or moved by the recent storm.
We spent hours, praying and waiting on God to intervene. I handed out candy to the kids and adults that wanted some as they came across the river. I met a man name Nathan and chatted with him a moment and told him our plight and introduced him to the others. He did not revealed who he was. Maybe an hour or so later, he returned with several 3 wheelers and took us up to the community. He happened to be a Pastor from another area.
We had a wonderful meeting in the dark, because we got there late and there was limited electricity. Many young people came to know Christ and the people were so encouraged that foreigners came to minister to them. We returned to the house where were we to sleep and found our places on the floor to sleep. We were expecting to be there a few days ministering.
The Spirit alerted me that something was not right. (There was a glitch in the system). I got up and began to pace the floor praying in tongues to get clarity, all I could get was the feeling of danger and something bad was about to happen - that sick feeling in my belly. Everyone was stressed and tired from the long hot day and we just wanted to sleep. I told the others, something's not right, something is going to happen; they could tell by my voice I was serious and others got up to inquire of the Lord.
Within about 10 minutes, there was a pounding on the door. It was Pastor Nathan, he was frantic and saying you got to leave NOW. You got to go, they are coming. I have 3 wheelers outside to get you out of here. They are coming to kill you!
We rushed out into the dark, some of the women in their night clothes. A little ways from the house, we could see a group of men with clubs and weapons walking toward the house we had just escaped from. Nathan said, "there they are," as we sped away.
Into the dark, down the bumpy hill and across the river; we arrived at the King David Hotel. Nathan, explained that the cab drivers were too afraid to enter into the village, that's why they dropped us at the foot of the hill. 3 Police Captains had been murdered several days before we came, the other police officers fled in fear. We discovered that we were in the strongholds of the NPA (New People Army), heavily armed communist, supported by China. The village was now under the control of the criminal NPA.
The crops that had been destroyed by the Typhoon had made many desperate, there was no food and money. The NPA took advantage of the situation and went around killing and stealing anything of value. They saw us (foreigners) come into the village, all the luggage and thought for sure we had something they could take. Someone told Nathan that they overheard people talking about the house where the foreigners were would be attacked. But God....
A good night sleep at King David's hotel, the flesh would have loved to remain in that comfort and luxury - but all of us were "real" missionaries and had experienced dangerous missions before. (our story was filled with prophetic clues - the names of the people and places and even all our names). I don't know if Mindinao would have been more dangerous than this experience.
It was several days later, we were to be on a bus taking us further north. I am very time conscious and maybe too much sometimes. This was another long service and God was moving through other members of my team in a mighty way. Finally, I realized that we would not make it and begin to relax and enjoy the Presence.
Later we discussed how we would make up time that we lost and tried to figure out how to schedule the rest of the meetings. The next day we saw the newspaper, the bus that we were suppose to have been on was blown up by Islamist terrorist. We began to shout and praise God on the streets for sparing our lives again. This was about the 3rd time for me personally having missed a bus or train that was blown up. The 2 other times were in south Russia, and near Chechnya.
I am sure that many of you reading this can identify. You were late, a phone call came, or you left something and had to go back home. You saw a terrible accident as you finally went along your way and realized-had you not been delayed, you would have been involve in it. God is so good. Your angels are always working to keep you safe.
All things always work out for the good of those who love Him. You are unstoppable. Allow nothing to stop you from fulfilling your destiny - Realize that your life is a Mission and this Mission is possible. Will you accept your mission for 2013? You are a covert secret agent from the Kingdom of God; sent to be love, to proclaim truth, destroy the works of the devil and his failing kingdom.
